Santa Mexicana runs a small static website. We collect as little as possible, we do not sell or share what we collect, and there are no advertising trackers anywhere on this site.
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, company, email address, territory, the kind of business you represent, and your message.
If you never use the form, we collect nothing that identifies you.
To answer your enquiry about distributing, importing or stocking Santa Mexicana. That is the only purpose. We do not use it for marketing lists, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the service that delivers the message to us.
This site sets no cookies at all.
The age confirmation is stored in your browser’s session storage, not a cookie. It never leaves your device and it is erased the moment you close the tab.
We measure page visits with a cookie-free, privacy-first analytics service. It reports aggregate numbers only — how many people opened a page and roughly where in the world from. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device and cannot identify you or follow you to other websites.
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and deleted when it is clearly over. Analytics data is aggregate and holds nothing personal to delete.

The contact form is delivered by a form-handling service, and the site is served from a content delivery network. Both process your data only to do that job. Everything else on this page — fonts, images, video — is served from our own domain, so simply reading the site contacts no one else.
